About the role

Eberl Claims Service is seeking experienced Independent Claims Adjusters to handle daily claims in Bristol, Virginia, and surrounding areas along the I-81/I-84 corridor for multiple insurance carriers. This is an opportunity to enjoy flexible, independent 1099 contract work in your area, with weekly pay. Adjusters will manage claims from assignment through resolution by conducting inspections, investigating losses, preparing estimates, and providing timely, professional service to policyholders and carrier clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily claims
• Conduct inspections and investigate reported losses
• Prepare estimates, reports, and claim documentation
• Communicate with policyholders, carriers, and claim stakeholders
• Utilize industry software and carrier-specific guidelines
• Deliver timely, accurate claim handling from assignment through closure

Qualifications

• Adjuster license where required
• Previous property claims adjusting experience preferred
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage claim inventories effectively
• Proficiency with estimating and claims management software
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area
