We are a quickly growing, commercial real estate investment and management firm located here in Denver. We've experienced some incredible growth and specialize within Commercial investments including retail, office space, and some mixed-use/residential involved. We have an incredible leadership team that is continuing to focus on growing within the market and looking for great talent to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute monthly rent invoices to tenants
- Record, apply, and deposit rent receipts and other cash payments
- Reconcile accounts receivable, collaborate with Property Management on delinquencies
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
- Manage accounts payable - vendor payments, invoice approval/entry
- Auxiliary in creating annual property budgets - enter fixed expenses
- Enter approved budgets, provide budget vs. actual variance reports
- Record key lease inputs in accounting system
- Support property manager with annual CAM reconciliations
