Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close activities for assigned real estate assets
• Oversee property accounting processes and financial reporting
• Prepare and review CAM reconciliations and real estate expense reconciliations
• Partner with management and accounting teams to improve workflows and controls
• Support portfolio growth initiatives and evolving accounting needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Property accounting experience within the real estate industry
• Strong month-end close experience
• Advanced Excel skills
