Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly close, financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Perform variance analysis against budget and prior periods
- Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of property-level financial data
- Manage lease abstraction and data accuracy in Yardi
- Complete CAM, tax, and insurance reconciliations and tenant true-ups
- Support budgeting, invoice coding, and onboarding of new properties
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–5 years of property or real estate accounting experience
- Yardi or similar property accounting software experience
- Knowledge of GAAP and CAM reconciliations
