Property Accountant

A well-established real estate organization is seeking a Property Accountant to join its growing accounting team. This role will support a portfolio of properties and be responsible for financial reporting, month-end close, account reconciliations, budgeting support, variance analysis, and audit preparation. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedulesManage month-end close activities, journal entries, and reconciliationsAnalyze budget-to-actual variances and financial performanceAssist with annual budgets, audits, and tax reportingSupport lender compliance and other financial reporting requirementsPartner closely with property management and cross-functional teamsParticipate in process improvement initiatives and special projects Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3+ years of accounting experienceProperty accounting or real estate industry experience preferredStrong understanding of GAAP and financial reportingAdvanced Excel skills and strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
