Propane Delivery Driver (CDL B) - Hiring Bonus

About the role

Each of our 60+ locations operates with a small‑town, local feel, employing people who live in the communities they serve. Join our winning team as a Delivery Driver on a local route, home every night, Class B CDL position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver propane, propane tanks and cylinders to residential and commercial sites.
• Provide first‑in‑class customer service.
• Maintain and upkeep company and customer equipment.
• Perform plant maintenance activities.
• Inspect vehicle and notify supervisor of needed equipment, supplies or routine maintenance.
• Operate and maintain handheld tablets.

Requirements

• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (or ability to obtain).
• No air brake restrictions.
• Clean driving record verifiable by a Federal Motor Vehicle Report.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and maintain a Federal DOT medical card.
• Ability to read, write, and clearly communicate in English.
• Ability to comply with federal drug and alcohol testing requirements.
• Safety conscious and customer service oriented.
• Mechanical aptitude and good driving skills.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to pull delivery hose; bend, climb, reach, and rotate as needed.
• DOT Hazmat training and maintenance every three years.
• Maintain compliance with all DOT requirements.

• $3,000 sign‑on bonus: $1,000 after 3 months of employment and achieving a Class B CDL with Tanker and Hazardous endorsements; additional $2,000 after 6 months of employment, provided you remain employed and in good standing.

Pay

$23.00 to $27.00 per hour.
