Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of promotions to grow and retain digital sportsbook bettors.
  • Create and update promotions briefings and keep internal logs of active and historical offers.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to refine features and automate processes to scale promotions.
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly financial and KPI reports for promotions as directed by the Promotions Manager.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service to monitor inquiries related to digital sportsbook promotions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sports and promotional calendars.
  • Track and analyze promotional and product offerings for key competitors.
  • Utilize Excel and organizational skills to upload bonuses for quick delivery to customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of online sportsbook experience, preferably from an operator.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Strong knowledge of sports, players, teams, and statistics.
  • Passion for sports betting and understanding of the industry.
  • Superb communication, organizational, operational, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to use data insights to tell a compelling story.
  • Proven project delivery skills, including meeting deadlines.
  • Broad understanding of statistics, particularly probability and odds.
  • Basic understanding of gaming regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI.

Pay

The hourly pay for this position is $20.00 USD.
