Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of promotions to grow and retain digital sportsbook bettors.
- Create and update promotions briefings and keep internal logs of active and historical offers.
- Collaborate with Product teams to refine features and automate processes to scale promotions.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly financial and KPI reports for promotions as directed by the Promotions Manager.
- Coordinate with Customer Service to monitor inquiries related to digital sportsbook promotions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sports and promotional calendars.
- Track and analyze promotional and product offerings for key competitors.
- Utilize Excel and organizational skills to upload bonuses for quick delivery to customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of online sportsbook experience, preferably from an operator.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong knowledge of sports, players, teams, and statistics.
- Passion for sports betting and understanding of the industry.
- Superb communication, organizational, operational, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to use data insights to tell a compelling story.
- Proven project delivery skills, including meeting deadlines.
- Broad understanding of statistics, particularly probability and odds.
- Basic understanding of gaming regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI.

Pay
The hourly pay for this position is $20.00 USD.
