Promotional Coordinator - DraftKings Sports & Social Columbus

Responsibilities

• Attend events.
• Absorb parties at events.
• Maintain and actively increase assigned venue's database.
• Support with setup of VIP/HH Parties.
• Properly represent the venue.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Promotional Manager, and marketing department on strategies and initiatives.
• Greet and interact with clients at the venue to ensure the best guest experience.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in a customer service or hospitality-related field.
• Fluent English speaking skills are required, with other languages being preferred.
• Savvy in promotional strategies is necessary.
• An outgoing personality is essential, capable of engaging with various types of individuals and initiating conversations.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to secure collected information is required.
• Effective communication skills are necessary.
• The ability to frequently stand up and move about an assigned location safely and efficiently is required.
• The ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 30 pounds when moving/setting up items for sales promotions is required.
• The ability to handle objects such as pens, pencils, paper, and equipment is required.
• The ability to bend, stoop, and kneel is required.
