About the role
As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by accurately and efficiently assembling components into finished products. Your work ensures that each product meets quality standards and is ready for the next stage of production or shipment.
Responsibilities
- Interpret assembly instructions and use various hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
- Operate power equipment such as drill presses and band saws safely and efficiently.
- Perform visual inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies in assembled products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency on the production line.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with assembly processes in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment such as drill presses and band saws.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with soldering techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with production line workflows and safety protocols is preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are preferred.
- A certification in workplace safety or equipment operation is preferred.
- The ability to work flexible shifts including overtime if needed is preferred.

Pay
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends as needed.
