Responsibilities Perform commercial cleaning and project-based tasks at various client sitesExecute deep cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface restoration as assignedFollow project schedules and complete tasks efficiently and on timeUse commercial-grade cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectivelyMaintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at all job sitesCommunicate with team leads and supervisors regarding project status and any issuesAdhere to all safety protocols, company standards, and client requirements Requirements Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or a related field preferredAbility to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periodsReliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredAbility to pass a background checkFlexible availability, including evenings or weekends as needed About Us ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson has been serving the Jackson, MS area as part of the nationally recognized ServiceMaster brand, delivering top-tier commercial cleaning and restoration services that businesses trust.
