Project Worker/Floor Tech - Longwood at Oakmont

About the role

The Project Worker/Floor Tech is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and servicing tasks in all areas and buildings. This role interacts with all residents of the Life Plan Community and maintains all flooring in the facilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of cleaning and servicing tasks in all areas and buildings.
• Provides housekeeping and building services for the efficient, clean, comfortable and safe operation of all departments.
• Maintains all flooring in the facilities and has the knowledge and ability to operate floor maintenance equipment, including buffer, extractor and scrubber.
• Waxes floors as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to effectively interact with residents and team members

Pay

$15.50/hour - $17.50/hour; Depending on experience

Schedule

Tue-Sat; 8am-4pm including some holidays
