PROJECT WORK TECHNICIAN - JANITORIAL - DAYS

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PROJECT WORK TECHNICIAN for days with a flexible schedule. This position is ideal for someone already working in the janitorial industry who wants to earn extra income on available days off, or an experienced technician looking for flexible scheduling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Tile/grout cleaning
• Carpet cleaning
• Floor work (strip/wax/buff/burnish)
• Window cleaning
• High dusting and detail cleaning

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Must operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, extractors and specialty equipment
• Must be able to work standing up for long periods of time
• Must have basic interpersonal skills: ability to work in the general public and communicate with coworkers and customers
• Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 30 lbs
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Must have experience working in large commercial facilities
• Must have experience operating professional floor care equipment
• Must have own vehicle
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay

$22.00+ per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

Flexible schedule; work days as needed.
