About the role

Responsible for leading software development projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring project success through effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead software development projects from conception to deployment
  • Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure project success through effective communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new software features
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand project requirements
  • Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
  • Experience leading software development projects
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Experience with agile development practices

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of software development best practices and industry standards
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Experience with version control systems like Git
  • Familiarity with software development frameworks and libraries
  • Understanding of software architecture and design patterns
  • Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule
