Responsibilities

• Managing customer satisfaction and representing the brand
• Effectively performing all aspects of the production processes
• Ensuring regular vehicle and equipment maintenance and organization
• Working with your direct supervisor to ensure team unity and efficiency
• Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
• Developing production expertise through providing services
• Ensuring clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, and fellow technicians
• Following all uniform and policy guidelines in line with the Brand Identity Guide
• Leaving jobsites with a clean and orderly appearance
• Always maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Communicating effectively with office staff, immediate supervisor, and fellow technicians
• Handling deadlines and multitasking
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

Requirements

• Aptitude with record keeping and communication skills
• Attention to details in organization, cleanliness, and care for facilities, assets, and equipment
• Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines
• Awareness and respect for safety, using care and caution with teammates and customers
• Willingness for continued learning and growth

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Experience in customer service or related field
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
