Project Technical Specialist (Effective 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR)

About the role

Serves as the district point of contact for property management and community use of school facilities—rentals, leases, and IGAs. Provides administrative support to office staff. Implements the activities and functions of a designated project with specific knowledge in assigned functional area. Ensures that the goals and objectives for the project are accomplished in accordance with program specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to office staff.
  • Implements the activities and functions of a designated project with specific knowledge in assigned functional area.
  • Ensures that the goals and objectives for the project are accomplished in accordance with program specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in project related area AND One year of experience in project related area OR Five years of experience in a project related area
  • FBI fingerprint background check.
  • Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

Qualifications

  • Word Processing/Database/Spreadsheet Program Knowledge
  • Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
