Responsibilites: include the following: Deep Clean public areas, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and patios where applicable.Prepare all VIP rooms and/or VIP areas. Shampoo/carpet cleaning. Have the ability to operate and maintain floor cleaning machinery effectively and efficiently.Furniture movement as needed. Coordinates with manager for pending projects.Replace damaged furniture and fixtures. Floor care: marble, wood, and tile as well as cement maintenance to include use of buffer machines and pressure washing machines.
