Position Summary
The Project Technician position is available in Pittsburgh, PA. This full‑time role works 5 days a week on the 2nd shift. The technician is responsible for maintaining building cleanliness through stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction. Company van and equipment are provided, along with training on proper use.
Responsibilities
- Operate all floor‑care equipment (walk‑behind scrubber, swing machine, carpet extractor, etc.)
- Keep work areas and equipment inspection‑ready
- Follow work/cleaning schedules as closely as practical
- Thoroughly clean and store equipment after each shift
- Perform additional duties as needed
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and operate floor‑care equipment
Schedule
5 days a week, 2nd shift.
Pay
Starting pay $20 – $25 per hour, with weekly pay provided.
