Project Support Specialist – MCE

Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional team to successfully Launch a New Vehicle on time within budget
Create & Track to Resource Plans / WBS / Master Plan
Track Status to Budget
Lead Steering Committee & Escalate Issues Accordingly
Develop Pilot Schedules. Track Plan vs Actual with Daily Pilot Meetings and Reports
Manage KPI / KAIs & PDP timing & Escalate Risks
IH Review Preparation / Execution
Cook up and lead workshops to resolve major issues
Lead issue resolution meetings with stakeholders and escalate priority concerns
Work closely with Team leads, Quality, and Engineering to ensure objectives are met at the station and plant levels
Build relationships with Engineering and Manufacturing to comprehend the new product requirements and sequence of build.
Develop and improve work methods
With functional managers and operation managers to improve productivity, quality, and output
Support Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) as it relates to Launch Domain and WPI

Requirements

Program management experience / training
Excellent communication and computer skills
Excellent problem solving/analytical skills
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work as part of a team and interface with all levels of management and labor
Highly motivated self-starter and change agent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
  3 or more years of Automotive experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  Master’s Degree
• Working Knowledge of MEDDs, PentaSap, PFS, FIS, Manufacturing Portal, and MCE
