Project Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination support for all Program and Project Management activities throughout the customer and project lifecycle.
• Facilitate pertinent information flow within the team concerning resources or other project related information.
• Aid in generating purchase requests.
• Draft and submit Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
• Assist Project Managers with adhering to Vision’s Operational Guidelines throughout all project phases including Presales, Planning, Delivery, Closing, and Post-Installation.
• Maintain oversight of all aspects of projects to ensure milestones, timelines, and budget targets are met.
• Monitor and address project risks, notifying Project Managers accordingly.
• Support change control and change order processes.
• Participate in the quality assurance process during all phases of the project.
• Manage and maintain data and system integrity.
• Align contract documents (SOWs, POs, Contracts, Proposals, etc.) with project managers and accountants.
• Collaborate with project managers and accountants for proper billing.
• Conduct weekly reviews of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reports including Project Budget Trackers, Field Budget Trackers, Project Metrics system, Invoicing, and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Qualifications

• Education: College degree or AA preferred.
• Experience: Experience with project management methodologies and/or construction.
• Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong critical thinking skills, strong self-motivation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word office suites.

Pay

Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000

Note: This job posting includes base salary information for the assigned target market range within the primary geographic region where the requisition is posted. If the position is posted in multiple locations or is a remote position, the salary range may vary. Individual pay rates will vary depending on the skills, experience, certifications, specific licenses, internal equity, and education of the applicant. Certain roles may be eligible for other compensation such as bonuses, car allowance, cell phone reimbursement, and tuition reimbursement. All offers are contingent on the successful completion of a background and drug screen.
