Ghostwerks is seeking an organized and driven Project Support Specialist to assist project teams with coordination, scheduling, and administrative support tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, and enjoys working collaboratively across teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Aid in coordinating project tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
- Track project progress and communicate issues or delays to the Project Manager
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project files
- Maintain and update project schedules, databases, and project management tools
- Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings and coordinating communications
- Aid in the development and maintenance of project plans and timelines
- Participate in project meetings and provide support as needed
- Track action items and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion
- Cookordination communication between internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership reviews
- Aid in data collection, reporting metrics, and project performance tracking
- Maintain document control and ensure project documentation complies with company and customer requirements
- Aid with contract deliverables and compliance tracking
- Aid with risk management activities and issue resolution efforts
- Help identify process improvements to increase project efficiency and organization
- Aid with scheduling, resource coordination, and logistics across multiple projects
- Maintain sensitive project information with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are completed efficiently
Qualifications (Required)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to successfully obtain a Security Clearance
- Work Status: Full-time
- Customer Location: On-Site – Picatinny Arsenal Wharton, NJ
