Responsibilities
- Acquire information for new vendors/subcontractors/suppliers in a timely manner to maintain project schedules, while maintaining a Project Directory within Procore.
- Assist with new vendor set-ups and insurance certificates.
- Issue and track Commitments/Purchase Orders compliant with DD SOPs.
- Develop relationships with local municipalities as the designated Permit Liaison for each project; responsible for submitting and tracking all permits.
- Upload Drawings and Specifications to Procore for use by the Project Team.
- Aid with the creation of Submittal Logs.
- Attend onsite meetings to assist the Project Team as needed.
- Establish and track Direct Material Purchases and Direct Purchase Orders.
- Work closely with the project team to assemble and collect all Closeout Documents.
- Coordinate and maintain job-specific resources, e.g., jobsite trailer supplies and plans.
- Manage organized working files within Procore.
- Learn and apply DeAngelis Diamond's SOPs (standard operating procedures) to your work.
Requirements

- Outstanding communicator: able to synthesize complex information into simple, actionable insights and communicate technical building processes with both construction and non-construction team members.

- Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Box, DocuSign, and Bluebeam.
- Ability to read plans and building specs.
- Familiarity with permitting systems.
- Passionate about learning and applying new technologies, concepts, and innovative solutions.
- 2+ years of experience in a construction-related industry, or have grown through DD's career path leading to this role.
- Associate's Degree in Construction Management or Business Administration preferred.
- Notary Public certification (within 30 days of hire).
- Procore Certification (within 30 days of hire).
- Strong personal integrity and the highest ethical standards.
- Able to function in a positive, friendly, high-energy, and collaborative environment.
- Drug test, background check, and eligibility to work in the U.S. required.
