Key Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class IT support to onsite and remote end users.
- Independently resolve complex break/fix issues in person or via telephone.
- Receive and respond to incoming support requests in a timely manner.
- Present the facts transparently to promote collaborative solutions.
- Image PCs.
- Set up PCs.
- Troubleshoot PCs.
- Troubleshoot Windows 11 operating system issues.
- Install and troubleshoot software.
- Perform installations, replacements, upgrades, and other hardware/software related tasks as needed.
- Perform IMACs.
- Resolve end-user computer issues.
- Provide support on various End User Computing Technology projects at various client sites.
- Provide technical support to Office Services as needed.
- Act as a resource for IT projects and initiatives in other functional areas as needed.
- Support and assist other IT functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in an IT technical role may be considered equivalent experience. 5+ years of direct experience supporting C-Suite executives and other VIP staff. 7+ years of experience in desktop hardware, operating systems, smartphones, and printers. 7+ years of experience in Microsoft products, including Windows, Office, Outlook, Skype, and related products. 7+ years of experience in business communication platforms, including messaging, video conferencing, telephony, and related platforms.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with the ability to perform under intense scrutiny.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
