Project Support Operations Manager

This is a hybrid role contributing to the Electrification Solutions business in NAM, with candidates able to work from Lake Mary, FL or Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee/manage the operational aspects of order management, procurement, document control, inventory and logistics, ensuring strict adherence to process.
• Demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment.
• Utilize experience/expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and team, affecting short‑term and some long‑term business goals.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by promoting methodologies, coaching, and process development across teams.
• Ensure projects are consistently supported and managed according to best practices and ABB policies, controls, and requirements.
• Support business evolution by developing and maintaining processes, procedures and change initiatives aligned with ABB policies.
