Project Support Assistant (July 2026-August 2026)

Responsibilities

• Aid in the development and maintenance of the school-wide Operations Calendar, including account setup and ongoing data entry.
• Support the creation and formatting of a school-wide Organizational Chart using an established template.
• Collaborate with the Bursar to assist with records management, including organizing, digitizing, and maintaining project files.
• Contribute to the Operations Project Tracker by logging updates, monitoring progress, and flagging action items.
• Serve as a point of contact for community-facing project tasks, supporting cross-departmental communication and engagement with faculty, staff, and families.

• An attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, file management, document formatting, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively, and anticipate needs.

Pay

$26.00 - $30.00
