Project Supervisor (Pipeline) (Aтырау 20/10/2020)

Location: Atyrau, Kazakhstan – rotation schedule 5 weeks on / 2 weeks off.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (MSc) or equivalent in Mechanical or Civil/Structural Engineering
• Minimum 12 years of upstream oil and gas industry experience, including at least 8 years in engineering team lead roles
• Expertise and technical knowledge of Pipelines Engineering and international engineering standards and best practices
• Familiarity with the entire project life cycle (from conceptual design through to final commissioning and handover) and/or front-line oil and gas production operations
• Previous experience in the Caspian Area is an advantage
• Experience working in difficult locations (remote, foreign, arctic, etc.)
• Computer literate with skilled ability in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Drive business and process improvement in project execution and construction, focusing on HSSE-driven mindset, fit-for-purpose solutions, simplification, lean methods, and cost effectiveness
• Demonstrate proven leadership and managerial skills with a strong personal drive to meet deadlines and specific targets
