Project Superintendent (Hrly)

About the role

Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc. is seeking Roofing Project Superintendents/Project Managers with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial and industrial roofing construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Resolve project issues and problems
• Provide coordination between subcontractors and owner operations
• Affirm specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards
• Generate reports on project status
• Ensure owner satisfaction

Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in built-up roofing systems or 5 years as a foreman for BUR systems, materials, and their applications
• Experience with single ply roofing systems
• Knowledge of building construction and field fabrication of metal work
• Ability to keep project records and interface with owners, subcontractors, and Company management

Qualifications

Some travel is required.
