Project Superintendent (Hrly)

About the role

Tremco Incorporated is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to manage and supervise commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction or 5 years as a foreman.

Responsibilities

• Ensure jobsite safety and resolve project issues and problems
• Schedule and provide coordination between subcontractors and owner operations
• Affirm specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards
• Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction
• Keep project records and interface with owners, subcontractors, and Company management
• Participate in development and enforcement of jobsite safety plans, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts
• Support Sales & Service, Field Resource & Customer Management communication as necessary

Requirements

• Deep understanding of General building standards knowledge
• Scheduling and Shop drawing review
• OSHA 10 Hour Certification required

Qualifications

• Superior written, oral, and digital communication skills
• Able to create performance reporting
• Computer Literacy: Email, web, MSWord, MSExcel

Skills

• Understanding of Superintendent roles & responsibilities

Pay

The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.

Schedule

Travel is required.
