Project Superintendent (Hrly)

About the role

Tremco Incorporated is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to manage and supervise commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for jobsite safety, resolving project issues and problems
• Scheduling and providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations
• Quality assurance of specifications being followed in accordance with Tremco standards
• Generating reports on project status and ensuring owner satisfaction
• Participating in development and enforcement of jobsite safety plans, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts
• Field Resource & Customer Management communication as necessary

Requirements

• 5-10 years’ experience in commercial construction or 5 years as a foreman
• OSHA 10 Hour Certification
• Deep understanding of General building standards knowledge, Scheduling, Shop drawing review

Qualifications

• Core understanding of General building standards knowledge, Scheduling, Shop drawing review
• OSHA 10 Hour Certification
• Deep understanding of all Construction Management tasks, understanding of Superintendent roles & responsibilities
• Superior written, oral and digital communication skills
• Able to create performance reporting
• Computer Literacy: Email, web, MSWord, and MSExcel
