Responsibilities
- Define specific project and program objectives, and complete preliminary activities such as determining outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning.
- Ensure all assigned projects and programs are completed according to predetermined requirements, focusing on product/process specifications, costs, resource utilization, and timeliness.
- Document all phases of project, program, and/or process development, and report or transfer necessary information to other functional areas.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding Engineering/Lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.
- Manage material and financial resources effectively.
- Collaborate with other staff to maximize productivity for the project or program.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, work in tight spaces, bend, squat, twist, kneel, reach, and lift.
- Ability to distinguish between colors and work in environments with noise that may be difficult for some individuals.
- Use of hand and power tools, as well as appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields when working in a clean room.

- Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
- Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; awareness of competition and differentiating factors.

Pay
Salary range: $101,000.00 - $139,000.00. The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for participation in a bonus and stock award program, as applicable.
