Project & Service Coordinator

About the role

KI has an opening for a Project & Service Coordinator in our Pallas Sales Operations department at our corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI. Pallas is KI’s textile division that offers a range of upholsteries, vertical/panel fabrics, privacy curtains and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional sales, product and/or order support to the Pallas sales teams, customers, dealers and other business partners.
• Responsible for all inbound pre-sales and/or post-sales activities generated by their assigned group.
• Pre-sales activities include providing quotes and pricing, updating our CRM tool (Salesforce.com), and quoting installation.
• Post-sales activities will include coordinating installations, transportation and delivery dates with internal departments as well as timely resolution of quality issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Business or a related field or the equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years customer service, sales or project management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position starts at $23/hour and will be based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and education.
