Project Scheduler (P6)

We are a full‑service electrical contractor delivering high‑performance solutions across the utility, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain resource‑ and cost‑loaded Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Create baseline schedules based on project scope, contract requirements, and bid information.
• Monitor project progress, update schedules, and analyze variances against baseline milestones.
• Identify critical path activities, schedule impacts, and potential project risks, recommending mitigation and recovery plans.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and material deliveries to support efficient project execution across multiple job sites.
• Produce scheduling reports, progress updates, and executive‑level dashboards for project teams, clients, and leadership.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel to ensure accurate schedule forecasting and project performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 is required.
• 2+ years of scheduling, project controls, or construction coordination experience in a commercial, industrial, or utility construction environment.
• Ability to work in the office 5 days per week (some flexibility available).

$120,000 – $140,000 per year
