Project Scheduler Nuclear Projects I, II, III (All Levels)

Schedule project activities (date, time, sequence) for the Nuclear or Engineering Projects organizations. Perform schedule maintenance between Passport and Primavera scheduling tools. Assist various project managers in developing schedules for on-line, outage projects and life-cycle schedules, including Enterprise Risk projects.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a timely, coherent, comprehensive and accurate set of schedules to the site for daily, on-line and outage work periods
- Manage project activities for refueling outages, forced outages, and on-line work as assigned, providing oversight of the staff involved in planning, leading, controlling, and monitoring to ensure that work is implemented safely, with quality, on schedule, and within budget
- Develop the budgets, including tracking cost versus budget for assigned projects
- Assure proper progress and focus through frequent interface with the client, engineers, related parties, and management
- Develop and manage contracts and interface with vendors
- Develop project schedules commensurate with project complexity and size with the goal of being able to manage risk, accurately track progress, enforce accountability, and manage critical path and float
- Mentor other less experienced project managers
- Prepare and deliver written and oral communications to various groups including senior management
- Develop and maintain long range plan strategies associated with assigned projects
- Support effective implementation of the Self-Assessment and Corrective Action Program
- Support outage support including OCC
Requirements
- Leadership and management skills

- Excellent judgement and decision-making ability
- Understanding of risk management tools and practices
- Effective with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
Qualifications
Level I: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field from accredited college or university OR Associate's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related technical curriculum from accredited college or university AND two years' experience in a technical field OR High School Diploma/GED AND four years' experience in a technical field.
Level II: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field from accredited college or university OR Associate's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related technical curriculum from accredited college or university AND two years' experience in a technical field OR High School Diploma/GED AND four years' experience in a technical field.
Level III: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field from accredited college or university OR Associate's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related technical curriculum from accredited college or university AND two years' experience in a technical field OR High School Diploma/GED AND four years' experience in a technical field.

Pay
The expected base salary for this position ranges from Level I $52.09 to $73.51/hour Level II $62.51 to $88.22/hour Level III $75.01 to $105.86/hour Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained
