About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on individual with strong people skills to work with all members of our team. If you have a background in Project Management and Scheduling and are looking to start a career with an industry leader who values relationships, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Assist project teams with overall project schedule development, coordinating updates through site visits, meetings, and reporting.
- Support preconstruction teams with proposal schedules.
- Learn and apply Future Bylt’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to your work.
- Track material procurement with the project management team to support schedule execution in the field.
- Train and reinforce teams as needed in SOP requirements for schedule development and maintenance.
- Travel as needed to project sites for schedule development and oversight.
- Participate in formal project presentations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dedicated scheduling professional, including attending schedule meetings, updating CPM schedules, and reporting schedule performance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Primavera Project Planner (preferred but not required), and Bluebeam.
- Willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Ability to lead and manage meetings effectively.
