About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on individual with strong people skills to work with all members of our team. If you have a background in Project Management and Scheduling and are looking to start a career with an industry leader who values relationships, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Assist project teams with overall project schedule development, coordinating updates through site visits, meetings, and reporting.
  • Support preconstruction teams with proposal schedules.
  • Learn and apply Future Bylt’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to your work.
  • Track material procurement with the project management team to support schedule execution in the field.
  • Train and reinforce teams as needed in SOP requirements for schedule development and maintenance.
  • Travel as needed to project sites for schedule development and oversight.
  • Participate in formal project presentations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dedicated scheduling professional, including attending schedule meetings, updating CPM schedules, and reporting schedule performance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Primavera Project Planner (preferred but not required), and Bluebeam.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Ability to lead and manage meetings effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial team player with a multitasking mindset.

  • High personal integrity and ethical standards.
