Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multiple concurrent DoD programs
- Prepare and deliver Integrated Program Management reports to communicate program status accurately
- Integrate all project activities, ensuring a cohesive execution plan
- Maintain resource-loaded schedules to reflect true program progress and deadlines
- Collaborate with technical and program leadership to keep schedules updated and accurate
- Evaluate schedule health through critical path and risk assessments
- Develop recovery plans and risk mitigation strategies for at-risk milestones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience or Master's with 10-13 years
- Extensive experience developing Integrated Master Schedules for complex DoD programs
- Expertise in Microsoft Project is essential
- Experience with Agile methodologies and software-intensive programs
- Strong background in integrating multiple engineering and operational activities into schedules
- Demonstrated ability in critical path and schedule risk analysis
- Effective communication skills for interfacing with senior leadership
