Project Scheduler

About the role

Areté is seeking a Project Scheduler to join our Maritime Airborne Systems Sector. The ideal candidate will work closely with program managers, technical staff, finance, and others to plan, create, and manage project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated master schedules using IMP, SOW, and WBS
• Create and track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts
• Manage complex projects or processes with general oversight
• Perform regular analysis of program schedules to evaluate program and enterprise wide resource needs
• Ensure projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality
• Support Earned Value Management performance metrics
• Communicate schedule status and performance to the program team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• Active security clearance for a Top Secret clearance

Qualifications

• High level knowledge within a specific technical area or multiple job areas
• Experience working DoD projects in a FAR and DFAR environment
• Experience working cross-functionally and effectively communicating to achieve strategic vision of PMEO
• Experience with Monte Carlo Risk Analysis and Structured Solutions - SSI tools management
