About the role
At Loenbro, we are seeking an experienced Project Quality Manager to join our Industrial Quality team. This position is responsible for various quality control tasks and works closely with related departments.
Responsibilities
- Weld Map Isometric drawings
- Weld & piping Inspections
- Project turnover experience
- Enter welding and inspection information into tracking tool
- Aid in pressure testing plans
- Review and file NDE/NDT Reports
- Work with NDE personnel for planning and execution of work
- Assemble and review project documentation packages
- Perform and document inspections based on drawings, specifications, and procedures to determine compliance
- Test welders and perform weld inspections
- Review welding requirements and ensure welding procedures comply
- Create and implement Project Quality Assurance Plans
- Provide support and training to other inspectors
- Write inspection and test plans (I&TP’s)
Qualifications
- Current AWS CWI or ASNT VT II certification
- Strong knowledge of NDT methods with ASNT-SNT-TC-1A training/hours
- Experience generating turnover packages
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings
- Knowledge of key Industry codes and standards (ASME, AWS, ACI, AISC, NACE)
- 5+ years of Quality Control Inspector experience
- Experience working under a Quality Management Program
- Effective communication and team-oriented mindset
- High organizational skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Indoor office setting with controlled temperature
- Outdoor industrial sites with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, extreme weather, uneven terrain, or other environmental factors
- Fabrication shop with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors
- Travel requirements: up to 10%

Pay Range
Colorado Pay Range: $50 - $60 USD
