Project /Programme Administrator
About the role
We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our IT Portfolio team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role supports the delivery of a diverse portfolio of digital projects that make a real difference across the University.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities
- Organise meetings and workshops
- Maintain project documentation and governance information
- Support the successful delivery of projects
- Manage project records, RAID logs, actions and documentation
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Provide a professional and responsive service to colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Keen to learn and enjoys working collaboratively
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive, takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen to learn new systems and make effective use of digital and AI-enabled productivity tools
Qualifications
Previous project experience is helpful but not essential—we're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, keen to learn and enjoys working collaboratively.

Pay
The salary range for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
