About the role
This role involves managing Q4 holiday readiness initiatives for Everforth Apex, a world-class IT services company. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, experience in retail or e-commerce operations, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage project plans supporting Q4 holiday readiness initiatives.
- Develop timelines, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate activities across multiple teams and business partners.
- Lead recurring status meetings, milestone reviews, and stakeholder check-ins.
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and drive accountability across workstreams.
- Facilitate daily operational standups during peak holiday execution.
- Prepare concise updates, status reports, and escalation summaries for leadership.
- Ensure teams remain aligned on priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2–4 years of Project Management, Program Management, Operations, Retail, E-Commerce, or related experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and driving stakeholder alignment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and execution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to proactively identify issues and drive resolution.
- Comfortable facilitating meetings and presenting updates to leadership.
- Experience supporting retail, e-commerce, operations, logistics, or seasonal business initiatives.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders while balancing competing priorities.
- Strong follow-through and a bias toward action.
