Project/Program Manager - Marketing Operations
Job Description
Lead and manage end-to-end program lifecycles for strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Develop, document, and relentlessly optimize marketing operational processes. This includes mapping current state, identifying bottlenecks, and designing scalable future-state processes.
Drive process breakdown and simplification across various marketing functions (e.g., campaign execution, content lifecycle, martech integration, budget management).
Utilize project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) appropriate for the specific project context, maintaining comprehensive program documentation and reporting.
