About the role
As an IT Project/Program Manager, you will partner with the Application Program Management Team to deliver software solutions that integrate common services across the client’s application portfolio and enterprise systems used by customers and dealers.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, communication, reporting, and governance activities for complex technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, product owners, business partners, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of digital solutions.
- Drive adoption of modern digital platform capabilities by supporting solutions built using industry-leading architecture patterns, security best practices, and scalable technology approaches.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery execution.
- Ensure teams remain aligned on project objectives, priorities, milestones, and expected outcomes.
- Manage project planning and execution activities from concept stage through implementation and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, communication plans, budgets, and status reporting.
- Lead project teams through planning, execution, prototype, pilot, implementation, and delivery phases.
- Create and manage project schedules using professional project management tools and methodologies.
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, issues, and action items.
- Facilitate alignment across teams regarding project scope, timelines, responsibilities, and delivery expectations.
- Manage change requests and evaluate impacts related to scope, cost, schedule, and resources.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges with impacted teams.
- Recommend solutions and alternatives to resolve project issues.
- Provide leadership updates, metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.
- 10+ years of professional experience in project/program management OR master’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Technology, etc.) with 8+ years of experience.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- SAFe Certification
- Change Management Certification
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
Required Technical Skills
- 10+ years of experience managing technology projects from initiation through completion.
- Proven ability to lead teams toward alignment on scope, objectives, timelines, and delivery expectations.
- Experience managing end-to-end programs within complex, cross-functional environments.
- Experience leading software engineering teams using Agile software development methodologies.

Pay
$70.00 – $75.00/hour.
