Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple Infrastructure and Cybersecurity projects and programs simultaneously.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Cook up cross-functional teams including Engineering, Security, Operations, Architecture, and Business stakeholders.
- Facilitate technical and project discussions to identify risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges.
- Review and understand infrastructure, cloud, and security-related project plans, architectures, and roadmaps.
- Facilitate project governance, status reporting, executive communications, and steering committee meetings.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive technology initiatives such as cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, security enhancements, and enterprise transformation programs.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party partners as needed.
- Support change management, communication planning, and organizational readiness activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Project Management and/or Program Management experience.
- Experience leading enterprise IT Infrastructure and/or Cybersecurity initiatives.
- Strong hands-on understanding of Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Systems, and/or Cybersecurity concepts.
- Ability to effectively engage with engineers, technical leads, architects, and security teams.
- Experience identifying technical risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and resource planning.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
