Project/Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple Infrastructure and Cybersecurity projects and programs simultaneously.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Cook up cross-functional teams including Engineering, Security, Operations, Architecture, and Business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate technical and project discussions to identify risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges.
  • Review and understand infrastructure, cloud, and security-related project plans, architectures, and roadmaps.
  • Facilitate project governance, status reporting, executive communications, and steering committee meetings.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Drive technology initiatives such as cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, security enhancements, and enterprise transformation programs.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party partners as needed.
  • Support change management, communication planning, and organizational readiness activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Project Management and/or Program Management experience.
  • Experience leading enterprise IT Infrastructure and/or Cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Systems, and/or Cybersecurity concepts.
  • Ability to effectively engage with engineers, technical leads, architects, and security teams.
  • Experience identifying technical risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and resource planning.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Cloud Security and Zero Trust Initiatives

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • PgMP (Program Management Professional)
  • AWS Certified Security – Specialty
  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
  • CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
  • CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional)
