This role
The Project Procurement Manager will lead the LSS Project Execution Procurement Team, working closely with Procurement Regional Category Leads, Project Management, Engineering, Solutions Development, Finance, A/P, Quality, and others.
Qualifications
- 8-12 years of relevant project-based Procurement experience
- Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and bringing to bear key project management tools and methodologies, including executive scorecards, critical path schedules, risk heat maps, action and issue registers, and performance tracking mechanisms to drive project success
- Proven ability to establish clear expectations, drive ownership, and hold cross-functional teams, collaborators, and business partners accountable for commitments, deliverables, and project outcomes
- Background in process improvement preferred
- Ability to lead multi-stakeholder and multi-region special projects and initiatives
- Operates with minimal business direction
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- PREFERRED: Experience in SAP and MS Teams
- PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field; Master's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- PREFERRED: Certified Professional Supply Management (CPSM) preferred and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
