Role Overview A Project Oversight Lead responsible for managing clinical trial programs within a pharmaceutical services setting. This role involves cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, compliance oversight, and strategic operational leadership to ensure effective delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities Oversee project and program execution in compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory standardsProvide regular updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and mitigation strategiesCoordinate teams to meet deliverables, timelines, and milestonesLead matrixed teams by tracking progress, managing timelines, and facilitating escalationsIdentify risks proactively and develop contingency plans Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant professional experienceAt least 2 years supporting clinical trials in pharma, biotech, or CROExperience in cross-functional collaboration and team contributionStrong project management and organizational skillsMentoring or training colleagues experienceKnowledge of clinical development, global operations, or safety reportingAbility to resolve operational issues through risk mitigation
