Project Portfolio Manager
About the role
Lead the team of project managers. Strategically staff the project management team with the resources required to support the company objectives. Provide training to new project management staff. Centralize, standardize, and organize project management processes and methods. Develop and maintain project management tools used in analysis and execution of projects. Challenge current methods and processes to find more innovative solutions where possible. Navigate constraints to ensure maximum project output. Partner with the Program Development team and IT to establish and maintain the enterprise project roadmap. Manage third party relationships in the context of project management. Work with Program Development on the prioritization of projects. Oversee projects at a high level to ensure the project objectives and timelines are achieved. Escalate project and project roadmap risks to Director of Project and Agile Excellence where appropriate. Participate in project management activities where appropriate and in support of the company initiatives.

Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus. Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification a plus. Experience as an IT project manager.
Qualifications
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
