About the Role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities
- Support schedule creation and stakeholder management for Product Prep and Payment
- Assist in developing and prioritizing Business Needs Statements for IT implementation
- Facilitate communication and resolution of action items between teams and IT
- Coordinate industry outreach and updates for stakeholders
- Create visualizations and presentations to share insights with diverse audiences
- Compile and distill data into concise reports for decision-making
- Employ Agile practices to manage requirements with business and IT stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of experience in technical project management, business process improvement, or consulting
- Consultancy experience with large, complex projects
- Strong soft skills in relationship building, influencing, and communication
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products including Power BI, Excel, and Project
- Ability to work autonomously in a collaborative virtual environment
- Experience navigating complex organizations and understanding project management fundamentals
Pay
$120,000 – $140,000 annually
