Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end onboarding and implementation of new customers, coordinating across all functional areas of the organization to ensure seamless client experience.
- Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive project plans including scheduling, milestone tracking, risk identification, and issue resolution utilizing appropriate project management tools and methodologies.
- Partner with Operations and Customer Service teams to deliver a consistently high standard of service to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring the right personnel are engaged at the right stages of each project.
- Produce and maintain all project related documentation and collateral, ensuring materials are accurate, current, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide regular, structured status updates and progress reports to management and cross functional team members, proactively surfacing risks and recommended actions.
- Manage a concurrent portfolio of projects, balancing priorities and resources to meet commitments across all active engagements.
- Serve as a decisive leader and key decision maker, driving alignment and momentum across internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required; 3–5 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience in implementation project planning and management, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi stakeholder initiatives from initiation through completion.
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and present confidently to large groups including senior executives and clients.
- Strong organizational and task management abilities, including prioritization, goal setting, planning, delegation, and disciplined execution across multiple workstreams.
- Critical thinker and effective problem solver, able to assess challenges quickly and drive practical, well reasoned solutions.
- Collaborative team player with a proven ability to thrive in a team oriented environment, building strong working relationships across functions and levels.
