Responsibilities
- Ensure contract compliance at all assigned properties; identify security issues and opportunities and recommend solutions to client’s corporate security team
- Promptly notify, report, and follow up on critical incidents
- Facilitate and provide in-depth client specific training to new and current Operations Managers
- Serve as the key point of client contact to ensure the delivery of high-quality security services at the assigned accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with local and regional client contacts; collaborate with all levels of the organization to identify, analyze, and solve problems and create opportunities for continuous improvement, maintaining focus on client and officer satisfaction and financial objectives
- Identify and present industry best practices to all teams in all locations
- Prepare and present Quality Business Reviews
- Identify client-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and measure Allied Universal’s performance of these measurements to ensure acceptable monthly scorecard results
- Affirm accuracy and resolution of all administrative and operational functions including payroll, billing, accounts receivable, scheduling
- Conduct in-depth audits and analyses of operational and financial controls relating to the account management
- Affirm all contract renewal, rebid, and rate increase initiatives
- Communicate weekly with Allied Universal leadership and corporate client management addressing all internal and external concerns and implementing best practices based on trending activity
- On-call 24/7 for staff and client support
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional-level security management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
- Professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances
- Demonstrated knowledge of mathematical concepts including computation of rates, ratios, percentages, averages, and reconciliation
- Strong customer service orientation required, with ability to effectively resolve client issues in a professional and service-focused manner
- Ability to understand and provide instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures

- $75,000 to $87,000, depending on experience
