Job Summary

The Project Manager of Practice Integration is responsible for coordinating and executing operational projects related to physician practice acquisitions, new clinic start-ups, service line expansions, and enterprise-wide ambulatory initiatives. Supports operations by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring new and transitioning practices are implemented on time, within scope, and aligned with operational, financial, and compliance standards.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Three years of project management experience required; preferably in healthcare operations.

  • Experience supporting physician practice operations, ambulatory services, or clinical implementation preferred.

  • Experience coordinating multi-departmental initiatives preferred.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field required.

  • Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related field) preferred.

Skills

  • Knowledge of project management principles, demonstrating strong organizational skills to plan, execute, and manage complex initiatives such as clinic launches and practice integrations.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining timelines, priorities, and quality standards.

  • Proficiency in project tracking and reporting, monitoring progress and communicating status.

  • Ability to work with physician practice operations and revenue cycle processes.

  • Proficiency with project tracking tools and reporting dashboards.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

  • Ability to analyze operational data and identify performance improvement opportunities.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to facilitate meetings, present updates, and engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.
