Integration Project Manager - Healthcare, EHR

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget and within scope
• Oversee all aspects of projects to include vendor coordination and communication
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project
• Work directly with clients and vendors to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget
• Coordinate with the Release Manager to confirm integration scope, and develop a repeatable process through cutover and deployment
• Coordinate with the interface and Oracle Health PMO on status reporting, updates to the integrated master schedule (IMS), and executive level presentations
• Coverage with the Integration Architects (IAs) and Interface Deployment team regarding interface readiness for events such as Integration Validation
• Document, brief, and escalate risks and issues; plan and execute mitigation strategies for risks and issues
• Communicate defined process and procedures to team members and ensure the process and procedures are being followed
• Create/Maintain Interface JIRA backlog based on Agile delivery

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to provide guidance from a functional and technical perspective
• Independently drive work forward, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and raise issues/risks as appropriate
• Manage the schedule, facilitate meetings, assist other teams, document deployment risks, and where applicable create change requests related to the creation and/or deployment of interfaces
• Provide overall planning, strategic direction, and communications in support of the Release Manager and the Delivery Lead for all interface deployment activities
