Responsibilities
- Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope
- Oversee all aspects of projects to include vendor coordination and communication
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project
- Work directly with clients and vendors to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget
- Coordinate with the Release Manager to confirm integration scope, and develop a repeatable process through cutover and deployment
- Coordinate with the interface and Oracle Health PMO on status reporting, updates to the integrated master schedule (IMS), and executive level presentations
- Cookordination with the Integration Architects (IAs) and Interface Deployment team regarding interface readiness for events such as Integration Validation
- Document, brief, and escalate risks and issues; plan and execute mitigation strategies for risks and issues
- Communicate defined process and procedures to team members and ensure the process and procedures are being followed
- Create/Maintain Interface JIRA backlog based on Agile delivery
Qualifications
- Employs independent judgment in guiding moderately complex activities involved in the successful implementation of an integrated business solution, ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer’s satisfaction
- Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle’s solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge
- Effectively applies Oracle’s methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle’s risk and exposure
- As a project lead, assists project team with aspects of their roles
- Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations
- Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations
- Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions
- Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility
- Manages the scope of small projects and sub-projects
